Soldier teaches Afghan police ‘LDRSHIP’
U.S. Army 1st Lt. Alfredo Carino, 510th Human Resources Company plans and operations officer, deployed in 2012 for a year to Afghanistan with four U.S. Army personnel as Stability Transition Team Six, or STT-6, to mentor the Afghan National Civil Order Police. As American forces began withdrawing from the country, STT-6’s mission was to help the ANCOP regain control of security responsibilities in the local area. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
