‘Ask the JBLE Commander’ serves as virtual ‘open-door policy’ to base leadership
The “Ask the JBLE Commander” program is the vehicle for members of the community, whether Service members and families, civilian employees, retirees, or those unaffiliated with the military, to raise concerns and ask the Joint Base Langley-Eustis (Va.) installation commander questions. The program allows users to digitally send their questions or concerns through the JBLE website or JBLE mobile app. The commander fields the questions and provides answers, which are then posted publicly on the JBLE website.
