U.S. Air Force Maj. Liliana Henriquez, Oceana Dam Neck Annex Joint Targeting School joint staff J7 instructor, and Master Sgt. Liesbeth Bowen, 633rd Wing Staff Agency first sergeant, are sisters who were born in Venezuela and later joined the Air Force. The sisters used programs such as Military Tuition Assistance and Reserve Officer Training Corps scholarships to pursue their education.
