After 38 years of military service, Langley Air Force Base Senior Chaplain (Col.) Steven West plans to retire Jan. 1, 2015 and continue supporting military personnel through his non-profit group, SupportMilitary.org. The group was co-founded by a NASCAR team owner, and is sponsored by various racing teams.
