Mark Hobson, Air Force Material Command installation acquisition center provisional director, Wright-Paterson Air Force Base, Ohio, speaks to local business and industry personnel at Newport News, Va., July 10, regarding an installation acquisition transformation. Colonel Hobson spoke to the audience about the Air Force's new regional-based procurement methods and how Hampton Roads will become home to one of five regional contracting centers.
