LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- Lt. Col. Jeffrey Ullman, 1st Civil Engineer Squadron commander, Brig. Gen. Mark Barrett, 1st Fighter Wing commander, and Lt. Col. Caroline Miller, 1st Force Support Squadron commander, cut a ribbon during a ceremony reopening the newly renovated officers' club. The Langley officers’ club was built in 1934 and after 70 years of normal wear and tear the infrastructure needed to be repaired.
