LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- Mr. Roland Taylor, 1st Force Support Squadron family member program chief, crashes while wearing impairment goggles at KidsFest here April 19. The race track was part of the Skills Mastery and Resistance Training, or SMART Moves prevention and education program, which addresses problems such as drug and alcohol use.
