LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- Tom Olexa and Jared Kwitowski, USDA, show Maj. Gen. Fredrick F. Roggero, Air Force Chief of Safety, an American Kestrel that was caught and removed from the airfield March 11. The USDA personnel were explaining to General Roggero the different species of birds that inhabit the airfield environment here at Langley.
