Raptor commander
LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- Lt. Col. James Hecker, selected to command the first active F/A-22 Squadron, stands in front of the Raptor that he flew from Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., to here Jan. 18.
