LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- The sailboats Stardancer, Feather and Ganar all await the signal to start the race here July 25. These boats are participating in the Veteran's Cup 2009 Sailing Regatta, a sailboat race held in the Chesapeake Bay. This event is put together and run by the Langley Yacht Club.
