LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va.-- Gen. John D.W. Corley, Air Combat Command commander receives his retirement certificate from Gen. Norton A. Schwartz, who was at that time the Chief of Staff of the Air Force. The retirement took place during the ACC change of command ceremony here Sept. 10.
