Claudia Sands, 1st Medical Operations Squadron chief of podiatry, applies arch supports to his shoes during a “Treat Your Feet”class at the Langley Health and Wellness Center Oct. 12. The first class, which was held for active-duty members, educated people on how to avoid medical problems that may be caused by running or improper shoe wear.
