Tech. Sgt. Thomas Harper performs an AIM-120 missile wing and fin preparation, which is done to ensure the wings and fins are undamaged prior to installation on the missile during a weapons load competition at the 94th Fighter Squadron Oct. 17. Sergeant Harper is one of the crew members from the Air National Guard’s 192nd Fighter Wing, working out of the 94th Aircraft Maintenance Unit. The 27th and 71st AMUs will perform similar competitions and earn points based on the fastest and safest crew. After each crew competes, scores are tallied and a winning crew will be announced.
