LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. - Gen. William M. Fraser III, commander of Air Combat Command, Langley Air Force Base, Va., and Capt. Penn Brown, 49th Fighter Wing Aircrew Flight Equipment officer, Holloman AFB, N.M., conduct a pre-flight inspection in a T 38A Talon March 5. The T-38A Talons flew more than 80 training sorties over two weeks at Langley.
