Langley pilot reaches 4,000 hours
LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- Lt. Col. Robert Sandford, 192d Fighter Wing chief of standardization and evaluation, gets hosed down after surpassing 4,000 flight hours May 17.
