HAMPTON, Va. -- Tops in Blue vocalists perform for military members and their families during the 2010 We Believe tour at the Hampton University Convocation Center, Nov. 12. Tops in Blue, made up of active-duty Airmen from all over the Air Force, entertained more than 2,000 people who came out to the free performance where the group performed 25 songs from a variety of genres to include R&B and rock ‘n’ roll.
