Staff Sgt. Tyrone Bowles is deployed to the 332d Expeditionary Operations Support Squadron from the 1st Operations Support Squadron, serving as an air traffic controller tower watch supervisor. Sergeant Bowles supports the mission by getting aircraft airborne in a timely manner in order to support ground troops and active surveillance missions in Iraq. in addition, he ensures the safest and quickest route possible for helicopters on urgent medical evacuation procedures.
