This invitation for The Order of the Sword was presented to Gen. William M. Fraser III, Air Combat Command commander, on Aug. 11, 2011 at Langley Air Force Base, Va. The enlisted men and women of ACC have nominated General Fraser to receive The Order of the Sword, an honor that began during the middle ages and is a symbol of truth, justice and power rightfully used, and serves as a token for all to see and know that he was a leader among leaders.
