Boy Scouts of America Troop 31 scouts paint signs for placement along the Air Combat Command running trail May 12. Troop 31 is from Fort Monroe; however due to the lack of a Langley Air Force Base troop, Troop 31 volunteered their time to aid the community. The troop supplied some of their own tools for the project, and the 633rd Civil Engineers Squadron provided other necessary materials.
