Lt. Gen. David Halverson, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command deputy commanding general, presents a certificate of appreciation to Renice Zimmerman, a Gold Star family member and Army veteran of Hampton Roads, Oct. 19 at TRADOC Headquarters.
