'Resolute' Soldiers honored for Presidential inauguration support
U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Onsbey Presley, 53rd Movement Control Battalion soldier, receives a Joint Service Achievement Medal from Col. Burton Shields, U.S. Army Military District of Washington operations officer, for his support during the 57th Presidential Inauguration in Washington, D.C. in January at Fort Eustis, Va., April 5, 2013. The battalion was called to the nation's capital to plan and coordinate the inaugural parade in support of the Presidential Inauguration Committee. 53rd MCB Soldiers were recognized with Certificates of Achievements for their participation, while some were awarded the Joint Service Commendation medal.
