Front Line Warrior: Master Sgt. Adam Brownley

Deployed Unit: Joint Coordination Center

Duty Title: J4 senior noncommissioned officer

Home Unit: 439th Supply Chain Operations Squadron

Hometown: Virginia Beach, Va.

Time in Service: Active duty Air Force 18 years

Describe your deployed duty and the tools you use to accomplish it: As the J4 SNCO, I am responsible for maintaining 21,000 line items worth $18 million. I'm also responsible for supplying 35 joint Service members with weapons, ammunition, and weapon accessories.

What do you bring to the fight? My Supply background allows me to find assets accurately and quickly, making me a valuable asset to the JCC.

What are you overall thoughts and opinions about your mission there? Working closely with every branch of the military has made this the most rewarding deployment in my career. Sharing leadership stories and learning from the other branch SNCOs has been the most valuable experience for me.

Supervisor Comments: Sergeant Brownley's vast Supply knowledge has made him an integral part of the JCC team. From ordering parts to ensuring our warfighters are properly outfitted, he ensures all members of the JCC are 100-percent ready, while maintaining the highest integrity and Supply discipline.
