Describe your deployed duty and the tools you use to accomplish it: Our key functions include serving as subject matter experts for the USAFCENT Combined Forces Air Component commander, ISR capabilities and assets, OPR for theater ISR architecture, collection strategy, communications support requirements, beddown planning, concepts of operation/employment for airborne ISR platforms and processing, exploitation and dissemination, fielding new ISR capabilities, crew availability and sustainment, and architecture status and upgrades.
What do you bring to the fight? We are responsible for fusing and integrating reconnaissance and operations platforms, synchronizing intelligence with operations, and the effective management of USAFCENT/CFACC ISR assets.
What are you overall thoughts and opinions about your mission there? This is a very challenging but rewarding job that is vital to the warfighter and the overall success of Operations New Dawn and Enduring Freedom.
