Local students receive scholarships from the Fisher House Foundation at the Commissary at Fort Eustis, Va., June 5, 2014. The Scholarships for Military Children Program was created in recognition of the contributions of military families, and the scholarships are granted through annual contributions by the Defense Commissary Agency worldwide.
