Ms. Hager has been at Langley for more than 23 years. She has a deep commitment to excellence and she solves problems before they arise. She keeps this squadron running smoothly with a meticulous attention to detail. Whether she's deconflicting our busy schedule, reviewing staff packages, coordinating meetings, tracking numerous suspenses or planning a retirement, Joanna is always willing to go the extra mile with a smile on her face.
