Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? Joining the Air Force at 17 was the best decision I could have made. Thanks to my dad for signing the papers because being in the Air Force has made me a better person. I think that the Air Force is one of the greatest organizations out there. Although deploying is hard being away from my family, I know that I am making a difference for the United States in protecting the freedoms we enjoy every day.

What inspires you? I have been blessed with such great people in my life, and I am inspired by my family and friends. They are the ones who pick me up when I am down and encourage me to continue on. I wouldn't be where I am today without them.

What is your most memorable Air Force experience? I have been in almost 15 years, I would have to say my most memorable experience was from December 2004 - December 2008 when I was a Military Training Leader. This job was hard and thankless most of the time, but one of the best jobs I have had. As a MTL, I got to help mold the future leaders of our great service. I was able to have an impact on so many lives, and I am thankful for that experience. I also met and worked with some of the best NCO's the Air Force has to offer.

Hobbies: Scrapbooking, reading and outdoor cycling
