LANGLEY AIR FOCE BASE, Va. -- Two F-22 Raptors from the 94th Fighter Squadron "Hat in the Ring Gang" are the main attraction at Yokota Air Base Japanese-American Friendship Festival Aug. 22. The festival is designed to bolster the bi-lateral relationship shared by the United States and Japan. More than 80,000 people attended the first day of the two-day event.
