LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. –
A general court-martial was held Dec. 30, 2009 at Langley Air Force Base in the case of U.S. vs. Senior Airman Jeremy S. Dent.
Airman Dent, assigned to 633d Security Forces Squadron, was charged with stealing military property and selling military property. He pled guilty to both charges.
The case was tried before a military judge. Capt. Eric Adams and Capt. Jennifer Sanchez, both Assistant Staff Judge Advocates of the 633d Air Base Wing, prosecuted the case with the assistance of paralegals Tech. Sgt. Stephanie Eversley and Senior Airman Shaquana Smith.
The judge found Airman Dent guilty of all charges. Airman Dent was sentenced to a bad conduct discharge, 12 months confinement, reduction to the grade of E-1 and a fine of $4,000.
