LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. –
The following are 633d Air Base Wing courts-martial for Jan. 1 through March 31:
A special court-martial was held February 18, 2010 at Langley Air Force Base in the case of U.S. vs. Master Sgt. Lorenzo Streeter.
Master Sgt. Streeter, assigned to 735th Supply Chain Management Group, was charged with wrongfully using marijuana. He pled not guilty to the charge.
The case was tried before a panel of officer members. Capt. Andrea Hall, Assistant Staff Judge Advocate of the 633d Air Base Wing Legal Office and Capt. John Welch, Jr., Senior Trial Counsel, prosecuted the case, with the assistance of paralegal Tech. Sgt. Stephanie Eversley.
The members found Master Sgt. Streeter guilty of the charge. Officer members sentenced Master Sgt. Streeter to a reduction to the grade of E-5, hard labor without confinement for three months, forfeiture of $500 pay per month for three months, and a reprimand.
A special court-martial was held March 11, 2010 at Langley Air Force Base in the case of U.S. vs. Airman 1st Class John G. Teti, Jr.
A1C Teti, Jr., assigned to 633d Air Base Wing Public Affairs, was charged with using marijuana, wrongfully possessing marijuana, and wrongfully possessing drug paraphernalia. He pled guilty to all charges.
The case was tried before a military judge and sentenced before a panel of officer members. Capt. Teah Lambright and Capt. Eric Morley, both Assistant Staff Judge Advocates of 633d Air Base Wing Legal Office, prosecuted the case, with the assistance of paralegal Staff Sgt. Shaun Field.
The military judge found A1C Teti, Jr. guilty of all charges. Officer members sentenced A1C Teti, Jr. to a bad conduct discharge, two months confinement and reduction to the grade of E-1.
