Col. Donald Kirkland, 633d Air Base Wing commander, signs the Air Force Sergeants' Association membership form with the help of Tech. Sgt. Beverly Lutz, president of AFSA Chapter 358. The AFSA is a federally chartered, non-profit organization representing the professional and personal interests of active duty and retired enlisted members of the Air Force. Colonel Kirkland said he was honored to be asked to be part of the organization.
