LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. –
The Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Council and Williamsburg Area Chamber of Commerce and its member innkeepers are teaming up to offer the 2010 Holiday Rooms Program, which allows families of servicemembers unable to visit home for the holidays to rent a free room in the Hampton Roads Peninsula area over the Christmas weekend.
Rooms are available for the
families of active duty E-6 and below
Friday, Dec. 24 through Monday, Dec. 27. Rooms are assigned on a
first come, first served basis, and
one room per military member. Rooms are for the servicemembers' family, not active duty members use.
For Langley Air Force Base personnel, complete
this application, print and bring it to Airman 1st Class Racheal Watson at the 633d Air Base Wing Public Affairs Office, located at 216 Danforth Avenue on Langley,

Note: Installations in southside Hampton Roads (i.e. Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake) have their own program, and any military member who lives on the Peninsula and is assigned to a southside Installation should direct inquiries to their installation point of contact.
