Soldiers return home from Southwest Asia

Four Soldiers assigned to the 510th Human Resources Company, Special Troops Battalion, 7th Sustainment Brigade, were greeted by family members, friends and fellow Soldiers Saturday morning at the brigade's support operations conference room to a welcome home ceremony.

Leading from the front, team leader Staff Sgt. Charles Vogelpohl marched Sgt. Danielle Haynes, Spc. Tonya Accooe and Pvt. 1st Class Rebekka Young into the conference room. The Soldiers deployed to Southwest Asia for one year in support of operations Iraqi Freedom/New Dawn and Enduring Freedom.

The ceremony began with an invocation provided by Chap. (Capt.) Ted Knach, rear detachment, 7th Sustainment Brigade. Soldiers and attendees stood for the playing of the national anthem with closing remarks provided by Maj. Brian Lust, rear detachment commander, 510th HRC, STB.
