LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. –
Due to the upcoming Operational Readiness Exercise, the 633rd Force Support Squadron will be operating under modified hours.
The Raptor Café Dining Facility maintains normal hours for lunch and dinner during the exercise. Individual menu items determine the cost for meals. From Dec. 10 to 14 the Raptor Café also sells Meals-Ready-to-Eat for flightline personnel for regular lunch and dinner hours. MREs cost $4.55 each.
The Crossbow Dining Room maintains normal hours for breakfast, lunch, dinner and the midnight meal. Individual menu items determine the cost for meals.
The child and youth programs has extended hours from Dec.11 to 14. The Russ Child Development Center opens between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Also, the School Age Programs opens between 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Exercise participants who have children currently enrolled in the programs above may apply for extended hours. If you plan to use the extended hours, make reservations via (757) 764-3585 for the CDC and (757) 225-2606 for SA in advance so the staff can plan accordingly.
The Air Combat Command Fitness Center will be closed Dec. 10 to 14. However, the Shellbank fitness Center opens from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the same days.
The Military Personnel Section closes from Dec. 10 to 14 with the exception of Customer Service, which maintains normal service hours.
The Community Center closes from Dec. 5 to 19 for leisure and recreational activities. From Dec. 10 to 14, the information, tickets and tours office opens from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Contact the Community Center at (757) 764-2983 for details.
