For those looking for an interactive and lead workout regimen, classes and programs are also available.

According to Staff Sgt. Christopher Williams, 633rd Force Support Squadron sports programs director, Vernon’s Power Hour will continue in the mornings, as well as Tony’s fit force, and various yoga and intermediate step classes.

When starting a new workout routine, setting goals, pacing and not overexerting are important factors to keep in mind.

“I would tell people to pace themselves and set reachable goals. Whether you’re just getting back into the gym or trying to work off some of that holiday food, pace yourself and don’t overdo it,” said Williams. “Also, stay hydrated and if you need help, don’t hesitate to ask [the 633rd Force Support Squadron members].”
