    ​​​​​​​​OCTOBER 2025


    Abusive Sexual Contact, Article 120, UCMJ and Sexual Harassment, Article 134, UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant pressed his groin area on another member’s shoulder, placed another member’s hand on his genitalia, and committed sexual harassment by making repeated comments to female members in his unit that were of a sexual nature.  The Staff Sergeant, as part of a plea agreement in a General Court-Martial, accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to Senior Airman, and a reprimand.  The member is now subject to administrative discharge.

    MARCH 2025


    Abusive Sexual Contact, Without Consent, Article 120, UCMJ – An Airman First Class inappropriately touched another member’s inner thigh, breast, and vagina without her consent.  Due to this misconduct, the Commander issued a letter of reprimand to the Airman First Class, and the member is now subject to administrative discharge.
