Command Sergeant Major Francisco J. Declet
CSM Declet was born and raised in Caguas, Puerto Rico. He entered the active military service on August 14, 1994. He completed Basic Combat Training at Fort Jackson, SC and AIT at Fort Eustis, VA., where he received his MOS AH-64 Armament/Electrical Repairer(68X10).
Duty positions that CSM Declet has held are Armament/Electrical Repairmen, Squad Leader, Production Control NCOIC, Technical Inspector, Instructor Writer, Senior Drill Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, First Sergeant, Brigade Operations Sergeant Major and Command Sergeant Major. CSM Declet’s military education includes all levels of NCOES and is a graduate of the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy Residents Course(USASMA) Class 66, the Instructor Training Course, Drill Sergeant Course, U.S Army (USASMA) First Sergeant Course Class 6-10,SERE-C (High Risk; Full Spectrum) and the Jungle Operations Training Course.
CSM Declet and his wife Brenda have been married for 27 years and have two adult children.
