Command Sergeant Major Arcelia Staggers was born in San Jose, California. She entered into the United States Army September 1999, and completed Basic Combat Training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Bliss, Texas, for her Military Occupational Specialty 88M, Motor Transport Operator.
