COLONEL REGGIE L AUSTIN

U.S. Army Col. Reggie L. Austin is the 633rd Air Base Wing Vice Commander at Langley Air Force Base, Va. He is responsible to the 633rd Air Base Wing Commander for providing mission-ready warfighters from three groups, 13 squadrons, and four divisions in support of Joint Base Langley-Eustis.

Colonel Austin assumed duties as the Vice Commander, 633rd Air Base Wing, Feb. 1, 2010. A career logistician with multiple staff and command positions, he was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the US Army Transportation Corps in 1984 and has supported every major contingency operation from Operation Just Cause to Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom.
