Col. Jayne V. Jansen is the 633 Air Base Wing vice commander at Langley Air Force Base, Va. She is responsible for providing mission-ready warfighters from three groups, 13 squadrons, and four divisions in support of Joint Base Langley-Eustis.
Colonel Jansen assumed duties as the Vice Commander, 633 Air Base Wing, July 12, 2012. A career logistician with various command and staff postions, she was commissioned in 1987 and entered active duty in the US Army Transportation Corps at Fort Eustis in May 1989 and has since supported and or deployed in support to every major contingency operation.
