CSM Charlie T. Gordon, Jr is a native of Suitland, Maryland. He enlisted in the U.S. Army on October 1996 and attended Basic Combat Training at Fort Jackson, SC, followed by Advanced Individual Training at Fort Leonardwood, MO, where he was awarded the Military Occupational Specialty 88M.

CSM Gordon’s civilian education includes a Master of Science Degree in Management from Excelsior College, and Bachelor of Science from Excelsior College.
