JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. - U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 633d Medical Group fire paintball guns during the Tactical Combat Casualty Care exercise at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, Sept. 9, 2022. During this portion of the exercise, Airmen were tasked with retrieving patient simulators, assessing their needs under duress and performing necessary care before removing them to a field hospital.
