The Shellbank Fitness Center opened up a newly repaired track for JBLE patrons to use, at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., early January 2018. Due to the wear and tear that occurred to the track over time, the Shellbank Fitness Center replaced the track with new coating made of a mixture of rubber particles and paint that was sprayed down in multiple layers.
