JBLE unit partners with FEMA in Puerto Rico humanitarian mission

The U.S. Department of Defense has partnered with the Federal Emergency Management Agency and other partner agencies to bring humanitarian relief supplies and power-generation equipment to Puerto Rico on Military Sealift Command’s USNS Brittin and other vessels.
