From a young age, U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Teresa Russell, the vehicle management functional manager at Air Combat Command, has had a passion for vehicle mechanics. After facing several challenges as the only woman assigned to various maintenance shops throughout her career, nearly 23 years later Russell is at the top of her profession and only the second woman to hold such position.
