DJIBOUTI – Air Force Staff Sgt. Francisco Hernandez holds one baby while feeding another during a visit to the Djibouti baby orphanage near Camp Lemonier, Djibouti. Hernandez, a Merkel, Texas, native, is the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa Information Management Office Data Systems noncommissioned officer in charge. Servicemembers supporting the CJTF-HOA mission donate their time three times a week to help French nuns who run the facility feed the babies.
