LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. –
The Air Force Gala, Langley's celebration of the Air Force's 60th Anniversary, is scheduled for Sept. 7 from 6 to 11 p.m. at the Bayside Enlisted Club here.
This is a military event based on tradition, customs and courtesies, to show appreciation with enthusiasm where we have
progressed to, said Chief Master Sgt. Ellis Clark, 1st Equipment Maintenance Squadron first sergeant.
The event offers an opportunity for Airmen, from senior leaders to the newest recruit, to immerse themselves in Air Force and 1st FW traditions, Chief Clark said.
