National Nutrition Month: Puts Best Fork Forward

National Nutrition Month is an educational campaign designed to emphasize the importance of healthy eating habits and is recognized in the month of March at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va. This year’s campaign theme is ‘Put Your Best Fork Forward,’ which encourages individuals to start with small changes in eating habits.
