A 10-minute test: JBLE PJ delivers daughter

The Shaw family experienced a unique situation when their daughter Clara was born in their home in Yorktown, Va., Aug. 9, 2016. With only 10 minutes between her water breaking and the birth, Shalina Shaw said she had no doubt her husband, U.S. Air Force Master Sgt.
