LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- Col. Jeffrey Harrigian, 1st Fighter Wing vice commander, recognizes Lt. Col. Ed Swanson, Air Combat Command Aerospace Operations Directorate chief of policy and analysis, for wearing his seatbelt. Although this spot check was conducted during the 1st Fighter Wing’s safety day Oct. 10, people are reminded that safety is paramount at all times and seatbelts should always be worn - by drivers and passengers.
