LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- Mr. Roland Taylor, 1st Force Support Squadron family member program chief, takes the lead while wearing impairment goggles at KidsFest here April 19. The race track was part of the Skills Mastery and Resistance Training, or SMART Moves prevention and education program, which addresses problems such as drug and alcohol use. More than 800 children and adults attended this year's Kidfest, an annual celetration honoring military children and their families with games, prizes, food and entertainment.
